What to include
Safe details to send
The connector or feature, approximate time, your Rally region, what you expected, what happened, and any visible request ID. Screenshots are useful after private content is removed.
Never send
Passwords, API keys, Slack tokens, OAuth codes, sign-in links, invitation tokens, private messages, or full customer documents.
Security and privacy
