Linear.

Connect personally to work as yourself, or install Rally for shared workspace access and real-time Linear activity.

Choose a connection mode

A personal connection uses your Linear identity and only your authorized access. A workspace connection is approved by a Rally workspace owner or administrator and makes its selected capabilities available to the workspace.

Open Rally → Settings → Connections → Linear, choose Connect for me or Connect workspace, and complete the Linear authorization.

If Linear needs attention

    Open Rally → Settings → Connections and check the expected personal or workspace connection’s Status column.

  2. 2

    If it says Reconnect required, ask a workspace owner or administrator to use Refresh for that connection.

  3. 3

    Confirm the connected Linear account can reach the target team, project, issue, or comment directly.

Personal versus workspace

Refresh the same scope that failed. A healthy personal connection does not repair a separate workspace installation, and vice versa.
