Rally connects to Gmail and Calendar for personal work, and to Drive, Docs, and Sheets for personal or shared workspace context.

Choose what to connect

Google Mail + Calendar can search mail, create drafts, send mail, and work with calendar events for the connected person. Google Drive + Docs + Sheets can read accessible files and work with document and spreadsheet content under the capabilities selected during setup.

Open Rally → Settings → Connections, choose the Google group you need, and complete Google’s browser authorization.

If access stops working

    Open Rally → Settings → Connections and check the Status column for the Google connection that failed.

    If it says Reconnect required, ask a workspace owner or administrator to use Refresh and complete Google authorization again.

  3. 3

    Confirm the connected Google account can open the target mail, calendar, file, document, or sheet directly.

File write access

Finding a Drive file does not automatically make it writable. Rally can edit only files its connection is authorized to write.
